Prof. Dr. Dajiang He

Dajiang He,D.E,Ph.D,born in 1966.10. He is a vice president of Huaihua University since 2021.1. He was a deputy director of academic affairs office from 2009.10 to 2012.12, a director of department of Physics and information engineering from 2013.1 to 2015.6, a dean of school of electrical and information engineering,and director of academic affairs office from 2016.8-2020.12. He is a member of Hunan Institute of Electrical Technology and a Standing director of Hunan Institute of Instrumentation. He has hosted the work of Key Laboratory of Intelligent Control Technology for Ecological Agriculture in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province,and he also is the leader of Radio Physics subject of Huaihua University. Dajiang He received the Ph.D degree in department of electrical and information engineering in Hunan University in 2009. His main research interests are new transmission and transformation technology, new transformers, power quality management and other related fields.He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and overseas in recently years,including 18 papers indexed by SCI or EI. He also obtained 12 patents, including 2 invention patents. He has hosted 1 sub-project of National Natural Science Foundation, 6 projects provincial scientific research, over a number of horizontal projects related to energy conservation, emission reduction, intelligent control and other aspects. He is a master supervisor in Changsha University of Science and Technology and Hunan University of Science and Technology. Dajiang He also hosted 2 projects of provincial educational reform and 4 projects of university-level educational reform, and he is a person in charge of high-quality courses of Huaihua University: “Circuit Analysis” and “Electromagnetic Field and Electromagnetic Wave”. His teaching achievements in 2010 and 2015 won the first prize of teaching achievement of Huaihua University. He also won the third prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2020.He published 1 textbook, and 2 textbooks in editing.
Prof. Dr. Zhaojing Tang

Zhaojing Tang, born in 1962, he is the professor and former dean of school of Electronic Science, National University of Defense Technology. His mainly research focus on communication engineering and information security technology. He is a member of China Communication Society, a member of the Information and Communication Engineering Subject Evaluation Group of the sixth and seventh Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council, the former deputy director of the Electronic Information Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education. He is also the group leader of the 863 Expert Group during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Now he is the chairman of Hunan Electronic Information Technology Research Association.

Prof. Xiaoning Peng, who is the former dean of School of Computer Science and Engineering, Huaihua University, studied from Central South University as a doctor degree. His main research areas are digital image processing and information security, intelligent information processing technology. In recent years, he has presided over a sub-project of national Nature Science Foundation of China; Presided a key project of NaturalScience Foundation of Hunan Province; Participated in two national Nature Science Foundation of China projects; Participated in a science and technology planning project of Hunan Science and Technology Department; He published more than 20 papers in the Chinese Journal of Lectronics, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, Computer and Information Science, Journal of Computational Information Systems, Journal of Communications, Computer Science and other journals. He has published and edited 8 professional textbooks in Higher Education Press and China Railway Press. At present, he is a member of the Association of Fundamental Computing Education in Chinese Universities , a member of CCF, a director of Hunan Computer Federation, the former secretary general of Computer Education Professional Committee of Hunan Higher Education Association, a deputy director of Hunan Internet of things Federation, a deputy director of Hunan CMOOC, and a member of the expert group of Hunan Collegiate Programming Contest in Hunan Province. In 2010, he awarded the China Scholarship Council to study for one year as a visiting scholar in the School of Computer Science, Birmingham University of UK.
Prof. Fuhai Li

Fuhai Li, he is the professor and deputy dean of the college of Robotics, Hunan University.
He is a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the electrical and electronic basic course in Ministry of Education, a member of the Academic Committee of the Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering Certification Committee of China Engineering Certification Association, a member of the Chinese Electronic society education committee, and a member of academic committee of Chinese graduate students electronic design contest. And he is also the standing director of China society of institutions of higher learning electronic technology, the vice chairman of Hunan universities Electronic Information Research Association and the leader of responsible expert group of Hunan Electronic Design Competition.
The main research areas of the current team are:electronic measurement and electromagnetic testing, high-precision positioning technology, sensing and machine vision, embedded systems(including FPGA and DSP) and other applications.
He has presided over or participated in more than 20 research projects, including pre-research projects of final assembly weapons and equipment,major projects of national Science and Technology, national Natural Found projects,national defense pre-research projects and r&d projects of ministries, provinces and enterprises. He has published more than 120 papers in IEEE Trans Journal, top international conferences,domestic authoritative and core journals in China, and won 2 invention patents. In terms of scientific research awards,he has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Hunan Province Science and Technology Progress, the second prize of ministry and provincial Technology progress and the third prize of Hunan Province Science and Technology Progress.
He has presided over or participate in more than 10 provincial and school education reform projects, presided laboratory construction and published 4 papers on education reform, participated in compiling and planing 2 textbooks, and won the first, second and third prizes of Teaching achievements in Hunan province. He has guided students to take course contests, and awarded the first prize,second prize of national undergraduate electronic design contest, a second and third prize of the hunan provincial electronic design contest. He instructed college students in the "Freescale Cup" smart car competition for college students to win first,second prize in the national finals, and instructed the graduate students to participate in the national graduate student electronic design competition in which they won 3 first prizes and 1 second prize in the national finals.

Asso.Prof. Dr. Lijun Huang

Dr Lijun Huang is a deputy dean of school of Electrical and Information Engineering, Huaihua University.He is also a young backbone teacher of Hunan Province, a master's supervisor in Hunan University of Science and Technology. He has been assigned to The University of Texas at Austin in USA for researching working by the government in 2015-2017. Dr Lijun Huang is winner of excellent doctoral dissertation of Information and Communication Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a director of Hunan Provincial Optical Society, a member of Hunan Provincial Electronic Information Technology Research Association. He is a guest editor of Frontiers in Physics (SCI,Q3), and he is also a reviewer of Optics Express, IEEE Photonics Journal and so on, he has served as the chair of the sub-session of the WCAM-2018 International Conference on Sensing and Sensing Technology. He has been awarded the Third Prize of Science and Technology of Hunan Province once in 2020 and the Optical Progress Award of Hunan Province in 2021.
Dr Lijun Huang is engaged in the research of optical detection and sensing technology and other related fields in recent years. He hosted 6 scientific research projects such as Excellent Youth Project of Hunan Education Department,and joined in 3 projects such as the National 973 Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He also participated in 3 American ministerial level and above projects in his research abroad. He published 27 papers in some important publications and international conferences at home and abroad such as Journal of Lightwave Technology, Optics Express, Sensor, Photonics Technology Letters,including 19 papers indexed by SCI. He have applied for 5 national invention patents and made 5 oral reports at CLEO and SPIE international conferences.

Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SOA University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999 and supervised 12 Ph. D. theses and more than 30 M. Tech theses in the area of Machine Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published more than 60 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and edited 12 books and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. Patnaik was the Principal Investigator of TAPTEC project “Building Cognition for Intelligent Robot” sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and Major Research Project “Machine Learning and Perception using Cognition Methods” sponsored by University Grant Commission. He is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House,England and also Editors-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany.
Prof. Dr. Xianwu Mi

Xianwu Mi is a professor and master supervisor of Jishou University. He graduated from the major of Microelectronics and solid state electronics, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and information technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, then received Ph.D degree in 2005. Now he is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research related to Electronic Science and technology. He has taught courses such as analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, integrated circuit principle and application, semiconductor device physics, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave, C + + object-oriented programming, laser principle and application, etc. In scientific research, he mainly focus on terahertz technology and application, micro nano optics and photonics. Jianguo Liu,born in 1980.7, M.S(Chinese Academy of Sciences), Professor. He was enrolled in 121 Innovative Talents Project of Hunan Province in 2019, He was also a young key teachers of Universities in Hunan Province in 2015, and a visiting scholar of University of Texas in 2018-2019. He is person in charge of information and computing science major of Huaihua University, member of Hunan Mathematical Society, member of the American Geophysical Union,member of Asian Oceanian Geophysical Association, deputy director of Science and Technology and Local Service Department of Huaihua University. His main research interests are computational geofluid dynamics, numerical simulation and uncertainty of land surface hydrological processes, multi-source hydrometeorological data fusion and other related areas.He has researched the numerical simulation and uncertainty of land surface hydrological process, an important process in the earth system process,and established a numerical simulation system for land surface hydrological processes based on BMA and Multi-force multi-model sets. He cooperated with National Meteorological Information Center and assisted them to build a soil moisture monitoring and forecasting system based on multi-model set in China region and agricultural drought monitoring in China region. He has published more than 10 papers in the name of corresponding author or first author in international famous journals sponsored by the European Geophysical Union, American Meteorological Society, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other internationally renowned institutions, including 1paper indexed by SCI,Q1,2 papers indexed by SCI,Q2. He has also hosted a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, including 1 Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Key Sub-project of Key Research Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province, He is also in charge of a number of horizontal projects, such as the Open Project of State Key Laboratory and the Cooperation Project of National Meteorological Information Center. His research area is Computer vision and intelligent information processing. He is the deputy director of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Electronic Science and Technology, the secretary-general of Hunan Electronic Information Technology Research Association, expert of school teaching committee and deputy leader of expert group of school Teaching Committee. And he is the evaluation expert of china graduate electronic design competition and national university electrical and electronic basic course experimental teaching case design competition. He is also the first prize winner of the National Young Teachers of Higher Education Electronic Circuit Course Teaching Competition and the National Electrical and Electronic base Course Experimental Teaching Case Design Competition, His is also the core member of the national excellent open online course Digital Electronic Technology Foundation. In 2012, 2016, 2017 and 2020, he organized and guided graduate students to win four grand prizes in national graduate electronic design competition. Dr Liming Ding is a associate professor of Huaihua University. He was selected as a candidate of the 2020 Scholarship Council Sponsored Study Abroad Program, and he is a young backbone teacher in Hunan Province. Dr Liming Li is also a supervisor in Hunan University of Science and Technology and Hunan Agricultural University. He is a member of Chinese Association of Automation and a director of Hunan Institute of Instrumentation. His main research areas are time delay system, neural network, robust control and so on.
Dr Liming Ding has hosted and participate in 8 research and educational reform projects.and he published more than 10 papers as a first author,including 4 papers indexed by SCI,7 papers indexed by EI.
